The owner and managing agency are very helpful over the phone and WhatsApp. Really well designed and maintained apartment and building with 24 h surveillance if worried about security. Plenty of space to relax, comfy bed, good shades (apt gets a lot of sun) and mosquito nets. Kitchen has the essentials, but no big pots and pans. TV with netflix and casting option. There are available public parking spots close to the house (not paid). Very easy to get to Rodos town (15 min walk) or drive to the beaches on the east side of the island (e.g. Anthony Quinn - 20 min drive). All in all, super happy I chose this place for my solo trip for 5 days and I really recommend it!

It was a bit difficult to find the location and looked a bit dodgy at first - make sure you ask about directions - but it was totally fine in the end, right behind the university of Rodos. Neighbors are friendly. Some better directions initially to find the apartment would be great - just a templated message with specifics to send over WhatsApp to the coming guest.

The property is decorated nicely and a good size for 2 people. The bed is extremely comfortable. The shower pressure is great too. TV has Netflix so we logged in which was good for movie nights when not out. The outdoor spaces are gorgeous for morning coffees too. George who checked us in is a great guy. Helped with the luggage up the stairs. Fruit and wine were provided as a welcome gift which was sweet. It’s super close to the old town gate and there is a shop, kiosk near by too. Parking was easy in the area which was good for Rhodes town.

For the price of the property a few improvements are needed for basic function. There’s a lack of considering basic things to make living there easier. The apt is missing counter space so there is no where to put anything. There is nowhere to hang washing on any of the outdoor spaces which is needed. There is no small table to sit at and eat yet there is room for it. There was no tea towels in the kitchen to use, no bath mat in the bathroom. There is only AC in the living room to keep the bedroom cold you need to leave the door open and run a fan. This means the room gets light early in the morning. (First world issues) There is no mirror except in the bathroom, not ideal for 2 people getting ready. But again there is room for one. We stayed 5 days and fresh towels or bedding wasn’t offered. So I had to send it to laundry at my own cost. The apt is down an alleyway which is a little off putting but don’t let that take away from the property. There is only one access key and so makes it difficult when we were out separately. The property is up 3 flights of stairs so not for those with mobility issues. Must be careful with the front door as if sitting outside and the door closes you get locked out. So a door stop is needed. There is no hooks to hang towels etc. no iron provided. all little things but considering the property price is a lot higher than others in the area these things need to be added.
