Sijainnista täysi kymppi! Muutenkin oikein viihtyisä asuinhuoneisto, jossa mahtuu liikkumaan ja saa olla rauhassa.
Ei aamiaismahdollisuutta. Aamiaistarjonta heikohko myös sijainnin lähiympäristössä.

Ystävällinen vastaanotto ja opastus asunnon käyttöön liittyen ja myös lähipalveluihin sekä liikuntavinkkejä. Siisti, hyvin hoidettu huoneisto, keittiössä hyvä koneistus ja astiavarustus sekä toimiva jätelajittelu. Rauhallinen kerrostalo.
Asunto sijaitsi talon ylimmässä 3. kerroksessa, ei hissiä. Matkalaukkujen kantaminen ylös otti vähän voimille. Ilman laukkuja kulkiessa sai hyvän porrastreeniä. ;-)
