まず、場所が分かりやすかった。ローカル線路の前だが、目の前を通るのがうるさいより逆に楽しい。家は掃除が行き届いていてベットも心地よかった。調理器材も全てある。平屋なので田舎感が強く解放感がいい。
トイレと風呂洗面所が廊下を通って端と端に位置するので驚いた。廊下のきしみが少し気になった。

見た目は古く感じたが、内装は清潔でした。 子供たちは電車が見れて嬉しそうでした。
脱衣所の押しボタン式のカギが、子供が使ったみたいで。 そのまま閉めてしまい、洗濯機も回している最中で、お風呂も入れなくなりました。あれは必要ですかね？ もしくは、シンプルかつ安全なカギに交換して欲しいです。

市街地が離れてるということもあると思いますが、 この価格ですと充分満足です。
お風呂に追い焚き機能が付いてればなぁと思います。
