Privacy, large private terrace with lots of greenery, good kitchen appliances (I did not use). Comfy bed and nice linens. Good water pressure in shower. Very secure, lights at night. Responsive host. Supermarkets in walking distance. Highly recommend.
Just to note, it is a VERY vibrant neighborhood, many restaurants and open air bars, so loud music until the wee hours.

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas bien donc pas assez froid, manque poubelle dans les toilettes et présence de petites fourmis. Présence de restaurants tres proche avec de la musique forte le weekend.

Bel appartement en plein cœur de Tulum. Petite piscine attenante à l'appartement agréable pour les enfants. Mignion petit extérieur. Bonne literie et cuisine partiellement équipée. Vélos louables directement auprès du propriétaire.
Pas de rideaux dans le salon où nos enfants dormaient sur le canapé lit Beaucoup de musique le soir dans les bars aux alentours qui peut éventuellement en déranger certains.
