La sympathie du concierge à l'arrivée et la préparation de l'appartement. La possibilité de garer son scooter dans la cour. L'offre multiple à l'intérieur. L'équipement complet du lieu. La proche proximité du centre ville. La terrasse si agréable l'originalité du lieu. Encore merci pour le café.

10/10 pour l’accueil chaleureux et personnalisé. Après 3 ou 4 séjours à La Fabrica, la gentillesse et la courtoisie ne mollissent pas. La direction se plie en 4 pour vous êtes agréable. Le personnel est 💯 % serviable, les petites attentions (produits alimentaires, condiments à disposition …) et surtout les confitures 🍯maison rappellent d’agréables moments de vacances en famille. On peut préparer ses repas comme chez soi

Très bon accueil et nombreux équipements, tout est fait pour que l'on ait besoin de rien. J'étais un peu réticente à l'idée du canapé lit mais finalement très confortable. Confitures maison et boissons offertes : appréciable également !
Dommage que ce soit un peu sombre en fond de cour et RDC, et puis ambiance royale particulière mais plutôt drôle. Prix un peu élevé malgré la prestation.
