Die Nähe zum Strand.

Heizung ging nicht. Die Küche war nicht genügend ausgestattet. Kein Toaster kaputter Korkenzieher nicht genügend Geschirr. Von den, angeblich, bereit gestellten Putzmitteln war nichts zu sehen.
