Locatia a fost conform alegerii Accesul in incita este foarte usor si simplu. Camere spatioase Magazin alimentar si restaurante foarte aproape de locuinta + piata alimentara vizavi de bloc. Zona linistita, fara galagie noaptea.
Usa la baia principala era defecta si nu putea fi inchisa (i-am transmis propietraului si a spus ca va urma sa fie inlocuita). Curatenia nu era chiar ce trebuie, ma refer strict la podea, fara papuci te murdareai pe sosete mai ales daca erau albe. Scaunele la bucatrie necesita inlocuite pentru ca sunt foarte uzate si deformate.

El piso muy amplio y bonito y la zona en la que esta ubicado esta muy bien, con muchos restaurantes, carrefour expres, el mercado y la mejor heladeria de Roma, todos muy cerca.
La cafetera no funcionaba y el tostador no estaba en la cocina y no lo vimos hasta el ultimo dia, asi que no lo usamos. Tambien la cisterna del baño se quedaba cogida tirando agua y habia que quitar la tapa para jalar y no siguiera tirando agua, el baño se llena de agua con cada ducha pues se sale el agua desde el plato de ducha. Las sillas de la cocina estaban para tirarlas todas rotas.

The kitchen was dirty and outdated. I asked for kettle but there was none. The sofa in the living room was smelly and it was covered with a dirty cloth. We never used it during our stay. The bathroom was also smelly.
