It would have been a real bonus had there been chicken wire fitted under the gate as our dog got out & pottered onto the road.

The property is excellent. From the outside it is a picture perfect cottage, and on the inside it is like staying in a five star boutique hotel. The fixtures and fittings are all of an excellent spec, everything you need and more is provided, the furnishings are really comfortable and the whole house smells incredible!!
You can walk into Sedbergh (which is lovely) in ten minutes and are spoilt for choice with walks from the front door. You can park right outside and the views front and back are magnificent.
We will most definitely be staying here again.
