The stay itself had potential, but unfortunately the overall experience was let down by very poor management. The check-in process was extremely frustrating. The person assigned to assist us didn’t seem to understand how things were supposed to be handled, and there was a clear language barrier. Important details weren’t communicated properly, which led to confusion and ultimately us having to move to a different apartment after arrival. On top of that, the lift wasn’t working, which made things even more inconvenient, especially while moving luggage. At checkout, I was slightly delayed and was told I would be charged an additional half day, which felt unreasonable given the earlier issues we experienced. To make matters worse, two staff members who came to inspect the room assumed we had changed the bedsheets (this was discussed in Arabic, but my girlfriend understood), which was both awkward and unprofessional. Overall, while the place itself is decent, the management and service need serious improvement.
