I loved the peaceful vibe and the unbeatable location right by the beach, with everything you need close by, from shops to fresh fish straight from the locals. The comfy AC room, well-equipped kitchen, affordable board and moto rentals and, above all, the warm, welcoming people made me feel right at home.

I really liked this hostel in the small town of Gigante. The rooms are basic but they have private bathrooms and the kitchen has everything one needs to cook for themselves. The beach is super close and you can rent motos and surfboards at the hostel. The owner and the staff were super helpful and there is always someone around to hang out with!

The beach nearby at Amarillo was stunning. For kids who like to play in the big waves, it was fun all day long no matter the tide. The stay was what we expected. The shared kitchen was well-stocked and taken care of. There were power cuts that were neighborhood-wide, so no fault of the property. You could usually find some location with a generator playing the World Cup games so we didn't miss anything fun. The front porch area has lots of seating.
The a.c. was struggling, though they did come to try to fix it.

Ellos se portaron muy bien y hasta nos hizieron un gran favor . Gente muy educada muy agradable muy profesional. Agradezco de corazon la buena fe y su cortesia a todos los miembros del hotel Chill Algarrobo
