Il proprietario gentile e sempre disponibile, risponde prontamente ai messaggi. Posizione meravigliosa nella campagna di Terracina, immersa nel verde e nei campi, davvero rigenerante. Struttura nuovissima, pulita e ben tenuta. All'arrivo, vengono subito consigliati ristoranti in cui cenare. Il mare è raggiungibile in 20 minuti circa.
Mancano superfici di appoggio e ganci per appendere abbigliamento, asciugamani e borse (anche se alla nostra richiesta i ganci in bagno sono stati messi immediatamente). L'armadio ha pochissimi ripiani, quindi chi si ferma per più notti (come noi), si deve attrezzare per non creare confusione in camera. Colazione fai da te, con brioche confezionate e cialde, per chi come noi si ferma più giorni e ha bisogno di un frigo con freezer, c'è solo un minibar, anche per questo bisogna attrezzarsi con un frigo portatile.
