Czyste mieszkanie w przystępnej cenie. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Blisko do sklepów (Dino, Stokrotka), do centrum Katowic 17 minut uberem a na Stadion Śląski 15 min :) Bezproblemowa komunikacja z gospodarzem. Polecam!
Nie ma się do czego doczepić :)

Piękny obiekt, mega wygodne łóżko, bardzo dobrze wyposażony, cicha okolica, blisko sklepy, restauracje i wiele innych przydatnych miejsc.

Bardzo przytulny i kameralny apartament z duszą! Rozmaite dodatki sprawiają, że jest to mieszkanie niepowtarzalne i prawdziwe. Do tego bardzo sympatyczni właściciele, którzy służyli wszelką pomocą. Do takich miejsc chce się wracać, gorąco polecam!

Mieszkanie przerosło moje oczekiwania! Jest czyste, ciepłe i świetnie urządzone - wszystko jest przemyślane i stylowe. Dobra lokalizacja. Wygodne jest to, że jest funkcjonalna kuchnia ze wszystkimi urządzeniami i pralką. Wygodne duże łóżko i balkon.Podoba mi się, że mieszkanie nie jest na odludziu a w cywilizowanej lokalizacji. Kolejny plus - mieszkania parterowe. Jest cicho, można odpocząć :) nigdy nie było problemu z parkowaniem pod blokiem, bardzo miła właścicielka,blisko do sklepów,restauracji Idealnie na dłuższy pobyt
