La ubicación es excelente, cerca de la ciudad. El apartamento es grande y cómodo, un dúplex. El barrio es de trabajadores y es bastante tranquilo. Está equipado. Tuvimos un problema con la vitro y la respuesta de Paco, el propietario, fue muy rápida y lo solucionó de inmediato. Y algo importante para nosotros: camas muy cómodas!!
Que el propietario no nos avisara de que el parking no estaba disponible. Entendemos que hubo un incendio y que él no podía hacer nada al respecto, pero hubiéramos agradecido que nos informara.

Pokud hledáte ubytování na jednodenní výlet do Cadízu, tak OK. Do starého města se dostanete autobusem městské hromadné dopravy, zastávka je kousek od domu. Další výhodou je možnost parkování v garáži přímo v domě. Tím však výhody končí...
Byt se nachází v 5. patře poměrně rozsáhlého bytového komplexu, s několika vnitřními náměstími, takže musíte počítat s tím, že je zde poměrně hlučno i pozdě v noci. Pokoje jsou čisté, problémem jsou ale poměrně nepohodlné postele se starými pérovými matracemi, takže někdy nevíte, jak si lehnout. Daleko největším problémem ale je všudypřítomný zápach z odpadů v koupelně/WC. Jsme zvyklí na ledacos, ale tohle bylo opravdu hodně za hranou...
