Vlachos Maisonette

Location was excellent. Maisonette had everything we needed, and a great spscious outdoor area. Easy to contact hosts who replied promptly.

Great location with a beautiful view. Very clean, comfortable beds and everything worked well . Very good communication from access to property to sorting and ordering our taxis to and from airport. Short walk to local beach and harbour where you'll find a wide range of restaurants and bars.

Smaller living area than expected inside. A night light would of been useful as the bathroom is downstairs.

A recently renovated maisonette. Clean, elegant and tastefully decorated. Lovely sea views from the balcony and the terrace. Two bedrooms at upper level and the shower room and toilet at lower level. Good shower. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering. Kasioppi is a lovely village with three amazing beaches, lovely harbour and a good night vibe.

The maisonette is located on a busy road, hence expect traffic noise and diesel fumes when sitting on the terrace. The terrace does not offer privacy. There is a flight of stairs for access to other properties on the hill, hence expect people going up and down by the terrace. The terrace is shared with another apartment. Sitting on the terrace in the evening is not advisable, as mosquitos will eat you alive. The accommodation is not in the village. One needs to walk on a broken pavement with litter scaterred on its side. Have a torch with you when walking at night as there are discontinuities / holes in the pavement. The accommodation is not for people with mobility issues, as one needs to go downstairs to the toilet. My husband bumped his shoulder and head to the wall protruding on the side of the staircase.

Everything is new and in perfect condition. The sea view is awesome, beds are comfy .

The bathroom, which is amazing besides this one aspect: You make a puddle every time you take a shower, and the drain is not placed well. Maybe place a nice looking mop inside the bathroom for a quick fix Check in at 4 pm and check out at 10 am , both seem a bit rushed. We did reach out to the host and they let us check in and out a bit early/late. Idk maybe it's just me on this one Bumped my head a few times on the stairs and bathroom, if you are over 185 cm, beware haha !
