​Pros: Super close to Phan Thiết port (about a 250m walk), making it perfect for catching an early ferry. The price is very budget-friendly. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities needed. ​Bonus: They offer hourly rentals, which is amazing if you just need a place to shower, rest, and store your luggage while waiting for your bus or boat. The host lady is incredibly warm and welcoming! ​Verdict: Highly recommend for a transit stop.

旧正月で忙しい時期でしたが、ホストの女性には、親切にして貰いました。
ホストの方が、出かけられる時は、玄関の鍵をかけるので、自由には出入りできない時もありました。(旧正月で偶々かもしれませんが)　後、コミュニケーションは、スマホのアプリのみです。
