The cabin was very clean and nice. The staff was pleasant and communicative and answered any questions I had.
The only thing I didn't like was that the hot tub was a little slimy when we got there, however, when I contacted the staff they sent someone right away to clean it for us!

It was a perfect get-a-way for us !! We celebrated my fiancées birthday and found our way to Dollywood, Hatfields and McCoys show, Dixie stampede, shops in Gatlinburg AND a marriage at the Hillbilly chapel in the Groves in the short time we were there!! Internet was sporadic and seems we never went down or came back the same way to cabin but surprisingly did!! Very unique and comfortable!!

The location was quiet and secluded. Tvs in every room also each room was able to have the ac or heat at a different temperature.
The ac system in the living room was loud. The units barely worked and didn't blow very hard.
