Die Wohnung überzeugt insgesamt durch helle Räume, eine schöne Terrasse und die Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer, was den Aufenthalt besonders bei hohen Temperaturen sehr angenehm macht. Die Ausstattung ist modern und vollständig, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Die unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe (Schlüsselbox) funktionierte reibungslos, und dank eigenem Parkplatz sowie Ladestecker für E‑Fahrzeuge ist die Wohnung ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge. Auch die ruhige Lage trägt zu einem entspannten Aufenthalt bei.
Die Reinigung war an einigen Stellen nicht vollständig, insbesondere WC und Armaturen, sowie Terrasse. Die Wohnung liegt rund 1.5 km von der Stadt entfernt, was grundsätzlich gut machbar ist, aber bei grosser Hitze wurde der Weg zu Fuss schnell unangenehm. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ausschliesslich über WhatsApp möglich, was etwas unpersönlich wirkt. Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig, besonders zur direkt angrenzenden Einheit.

Fantastischer Blick in die wunderschöne Landschaft - tolle Sonnenuntergänge von der großen Terrasse. Sehr gute Betten, Klimaanlage, Küche, etc. Alles neu, sauber, stilvoll ausgestattet. Sehr gute Lage. Es war absolut ruhig (alle anderen Wohnungen waren nicht bewohnt). Exzellente, schnelle Kommunikation mit „Michele“ von Happy Rentals - alles war sehr gut vorbereitet mit frühzeitigen Informationen zu Schlüsseln und Parken etc.
Im oberen Stock könnte es statt der Badewanne eine Dusche geben, aber das ist ein geringes Problem. Im EG gibt es eine große Dusche.
