Die Wohnung ist wirklich angenehm, abgesehen von den Treppen. Das Team, das sich um die Kommunikation kümmert, ist sehr professionell. Es liegt im Stadtzentrum. Ich habe angenehme Tage verbracht und danke dem gesamten Team für ihre Professionalität.

It is a flight of 3 stairs but the apartment in two levels was great.

BUT the big problem was that we did not receive the email stating a need to pay a retainer for damages.. I have searched my computer in spam, trash and everywhere and I did not receive one though they said it was sent. Thus in the pouring rain we tried to use the code which failed. We fin, ally reached as owner/property manager and they said we could not get in until it was paid. Having no internet we failed numerous times, both my card and my friends, and finally was locked out. We then had to get our French Host to put down the $500 euros, unbeknownst to me. I received a phone call from Citibank at 11:30 PM asking it it was feud. I said no, not knowing of the third parties payment. They approved and we then had $1000 euros as a retainer. There has to be a better way of getting the security deposit. Add it into the Booking contract where it indicated I was paid up prior to the trip but found when on the street at the door that we needed to pay the security and all of the above transpired.

Appartement tres bien situé, spacieux et confortable. Le service de conciergerie est tres compétant, les informations transmises en amont de notre arrivée étaient claires et pratiques. L'équipement de l'appartement est très bien. Nous avons passer un tres bon séjour et nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.
