Perfect location. We could walk to beaches on east or west sides, shops, restaurants all right there. Plenty of room to accommodate all of us. Plenty of dishes and glasses to use and a dishwasher to clean them in. Washer and dryer on the next level up. Great couches and chairs for sitting and lounging.

LOTS of stairs. This is a 2nd floor and up rental. So long flights of stairs to access it. The place needs some upkeep. Screens flapping in the breeze on the "screened" porch, shower heads that barely showered water, no pot holders or oven mits to take hot things out of the oven. Light fixture hanging by wires from the ceiling. Sink in bathroom off kitchen no way to close drain to hold water. 2 bedrooms the doors would not latch so unable to keep the doors closed. Needs a good deep cleaning on outside railings and patio areas. Also the grill was so rusty we were afraid to use it. No clear instructions how to open door. Just a code, but not how to activate the keypad and then one more thing after the 4 numbers.
