THE HEART OF CANNES 5MIN BY LA CROISETTE AND BEACH

I honestly couldn’t believe the value of this apartment in Cannes, especially during TFWA when everything else is overpriced. It was crazy cheap compared to other options, yet the experience was outstanding. The place was spotless, quiet, and super comfortable – perfect for resting after long days at the conference. The host was incredibly accommodating and genuinely friendly, which made the whole stay even better. I’ve stayed in Cannes multiple times, and this was by far the most stress-free and enjoyable accommodation I’ve had. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and welcoming place without breaking the bank.

I thought the property was cleaned exactly what I needed for my short stay. The bedroom was clean and the front room had the necessities.

The WiFi wasn’t strong and kept cutting out. And they’re was just small cosmetic things that could be done ( like repainting the door and floor tiles.

I found the location to be ideal, if you don't mind waking up hills and three flights of stairs! The bed was soft and confortable and the host was very reactive. I had trouble getting the tv to work, and using the stove, and he was very helpful, even coming to the appartment and fixing the television for me.

It would have been great if the host had thought to let me know in advance that there is a very noisy pump that drains the air conditioner in the bedroom about every 15 minutes. It kept me awake on the first night, until I figured out what was making the noise and turned off the air-con. An instruction booklet would also be a good idea, to help with getting the TV to work, or to use the induction stove - as I have a gas stove at home and wasn't used to the tech!
