The location was very convenient for us: easy access to the airport, near proximity to business hubs, and plenty good restaurants around. The flat is cool and modern, and we generally felt like it was very good value for money.

Our room had a very strong smell of cigarettes - the kind you’d experience at an old person’s house. No amount of airing out or cleaning the room seemed to help. The communication from the property was inadequate. Everything was through WhatsApp and even though there were plenty of staff members on-site, they couldn’t even help with something minor like a bottle of water without going through management. We felt like it would’ve been useful to know the check-in and out procedures, and it was a bit annoying to receive a text at 5am telling us that check-out is at 12 noon, when our booking reference clearly states 1pm. Minor stuff but definitely an area that could be improved.

صعوبة التواصل واستلام الارقام السرية للدخول حيث ان الدخول الذكي هو المتبع لهذه المنشأة وقد استغرق الوقت اكثر من نصف ساعة للتواصل وقرابة الساعة وربع ليتم تسليم الوحدة. وقت الخروج المسجل بموقع booking من الساعة ١٢ الى الساعة ١٣ ظهراً ولكن عندما وصلت وسألت عن موعد الخروج اخبرني بانه الساعة ال ١٢ ولايوجد تمديد او موقع لحفظ المتعلقات الشخصية ولو تم اقفال الغرفة الكترونياً فقد لا استطيع الحصول على اغراضي؟!
