The Faroes - Littlehampton

The space - open & bright. Loved the lighting in all rooms. Good amount of bedrooms - living/dining, conservatory, outside space, large kitchen with all appliances. TV was great for movie night. Extremely homely

Very well kitted out overall and a decent size

We found a lot of dust in certain areas such as bedroom cupboards and places in the lounge

This is a beautifully and thoughtfully extended house which really comfortably accommodated six of us: two families. The garden is lovely and quiet, the location is residential and so tourist traffic is virtually nil. There are great shops nearby (including a Waitrose with EV charging less than 1 mile away) and our hosts had kindly provided milk and loads of other consumable amenities (dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, salt & pepper, herbs, etc). Truly a relaxing experience. The children adored the carp pond and loved feeding the koi once daily.

The koi carp were a wonderfully relaxing feature of the property, but the children did occasionally get into small fights as to whose responsibility it was that day to feed them. Additionally, the TV in the property (which came with a fabulous retro console, the Nintendo Wii!!) is so huge I may now suffer from TV size envy for the rest of my life.
