Kevin was really friendly and supporting our requests. The view from the hotel was amazing. We stayed on the 38th floor.
We had to pay for the pool every time we wanted to go to the pool. This was a bet strange.

De infinity Pool waar we gebruik van mochten maken, tegen kleine betaling, was top!
Kevin, de eigenaar van het hotel was erg behulpzaam. Hij heeft ons zelfs uitgenodigd voor een drankje samen met zijn lieve gezin! We hebben heerlijke eerste dagen gehad om uit te rusten van onze lange reis.
Onze kids genoten enorm van het ligbad!
Alles was prima!

Owner was very good with communication. We had an issue with our transfer to ha long bay arriving very late in the night and he was very accommodating. Apartment itself was perfect and extremely clean.

The hotel was stunning! I liked that it was very clean, cheap and easy to navigate. We in particular loved the our view of the beach from our balcony and the children loved swimming pool. Thank you Kevin for taking care of us, he was very accommodating for our needs. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend to friends and family.
