Big ground floor flat with plenty of space and good cleanliness. The place is not far from the sea front and within walking distance from Sferracavallo train station. Host was friendly and check-in/out was uncomplicated.
As other people have mentioned, bit of a musty smell and a washing machine would be a plus.

The apartment is neat, big and well maintained. There is (almost) everything you need. The owner is super nice and super helpful. There are enought parking spaces and shopping is not far away with sea side and cafes etc only 5 minutes away.
This huge appartment has only one window and one door to the terrace on the ground floor. Therefore it is pretty moist there! The moisture is annoying but it gets better after a couple of days. But we were in April there - I guess in summer when it's super hot then the problem with moisture would be much less and I think then it makes sense not to have more windows. Also a big minus - there is no wasching machine.
