Hatalmas szoba. Kávéfőző, vízforraló volt a szobában kávé, tea bekészítéssel.
A szauna nem üzemelt.

Tetszett az épület, tetszett a bejutás a szobába a berendezés. Minőségi eszközök és bútorok. Kifejezetten tetszett a televíziós lehetőség és az ásványvíz bekészítés. Tiszta, rendezet, letisztult és stílusos.
A szauna nem működött, erről az utazást közvetlenül megelőzően küldtek csak információt. A jacuzzi és a szauna használatára nem találtunk tájékoztatást és e-mailben sem kaptunk. Szerettük volna használni, hiszen e miatt is döntöttünk a szállás mellett és fizettünk többet az átlagos balatoni áraknál. A teraszon a szék már cserére szorul, el van korrodálódva, illeg-billeg. Ez csak a hab a tortán volt.

Die Zimmer sind eigentlich wirklich super. Sauber, gute Betten, gutes Bad, gute Ausstattung. Leider war die Heizung kalt. Und da es an Sylvester war, wurde uns auch nicht mehr geholfen. Im Nachgang hat sich auch niemand mehr gemeldet.
