Flávio é uma pessoa nota dez : super atenciosa e educada. Apto super limpo e organizado Do apto para Praia do Gonzaguinha apenas 10 minutos indo a pé , para praia do Itararé dá mais ou menos uns 15 minutos tbm indo a pé Apto bem equipado em todos cômodos!!! Tive umas férias maravilhosa : foram vinte e sete dias Com certeza pretendo voltar

O Flávio é uma pessoa nota mil, esforçado precisei de um liquidificador ele comprou e estava sempre ajudando pra nos deixar a vontade. Nota mil.
O condomínio em si precisa de uma reforma, o banheiro é bem pequeno, a cama de solteiro é muito fina, algumas parte do piso está solta entre algumas coisa que uma reforma ajudará muito até mesmo fazendo com que as pessoa sinta vontade para voltar.
