The actual apartment was lovely. Clean, comfortable and modern.
The hotel part of it wasn’t great. The hotel toilet was dirty .

The location of the aparthotel is very convenient. It is next to the taxi rank, bus station, and the beach. There is a laundry, bar, barber shop and a supermarket within a few mins walk. Overall the area quite quiet and safe. There is a nice view from the balcony - you have a partial ocean view and two swimming pools. The balcony is lovely, spacious but you can hear and see the neighbours due to building lay out, so keep that in mind. The property is as is on the pics, not too spacious but neat and sufficient. The wifi is fast and the TV is good, we enjoyed watching Netflix in the evenings. No issues with plumbing nor with water. The wardrobe is spacious and there is a large mirror. The curtains black out well for the night. The airconditioning is functioning well. There are all the kitchen ustensils that are needed. The check in and check out are easy to be done.
The pillows could have been a bit more comfortable, and the shower heads do look like they need a deeper cleaning. The building has renovations going on here and there, and this affects as there is noise from builders. We were lucky to be over for Christmas plus we traveled a lot so this did not bother us that much, but if you plan to spend a lot of time by the pool, you would hear the drilling quite often. The hotel is located on a slight slope, so its something important to know for those who have some mobility difficulties.
