Very good location, close to the city center and the port. We walked to the port and the tavernas—about 2.2 km on foot. There are also nearby pizzerias where you can order a pizza to take away.
There is one sandy beach next to the port and another one farther away, about 3.5 km; we drove to the second one. The apartment is spacious and very clean, with everything you need.
One downside is that on very hot days, a single air conditioner in the bedroom isn’t enough. Unfortunately, the living room was very warm even with fans. It’s an ideal apartment for two people; however, if a family comes and someone needs to sleep in the living room, the heat can be a significant issue.

It was a lovely, comfortable and spacious apartment with good cooking facilities, large fridge and a brilliant washing machine.
We enjoyed our evenings on the balcony looking at the sea and later the stars.
It was surprisingly and pleasantly quiet.
Being outside the centre of Antibes had advantages and disadvantages but we made good use of the buses - ten minutes to bus and train stations. A ten minute walk to the local shop and twenty to Fontonnes beach.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, ruhige Lage, toller Blick vom Balkon!
Im Hochsommer ohne Klimaanlage kann es sehr heiß in der Wohnung werden. Wir waren ab Mitte August dort, war keine Klimaanlage nötig.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und nett eingerichtet. Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine. Der Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer war besonders am Abend wunderbar. Und es gibt einen Garagenstellplatz (Box) fürs Auto. Wir hatten die Räder dabei und waren somit sehr mobil. Nach Antibes Center waren es 10 min., zum Strand ebenfalls.
Die Schlüsselbox hängt an einem Schloss, das wiederum an einem alten Fahrrad angebracht ist. Wir haben es nicht gefunden und mussten die Vermieter kontaktieren. Hier müsste eine genaue Beschreibung erstellt werden, ebenso für die genaue Lage der Wohnung und Garage.
In der Wohnung liegt eine Mappe mit genauen Informationen. Diese sollte digitalisiert und auf Booking.com zugänglich gemacht werden.
