This apartment is cosy, has a great view and the air conditioning worked well. The host was amazing. His communication was excellent from the beginning to end. He left us welcome drinks and goodies and checked in the day after arrival to make sure everything was going smoothly. He also provides a welcome guide and clear instructions about parking and check-in.
The location was a bit further away from the beaches than expected. We had hoped there would be a supermarket within walking distance. On the other hand we chose this place because we did not want to be amidst many tourists.

Very good location, close to the city center and the port. We walked to the port and the tavernas—about 2.2 km on foot. There are also nearby pizzerias where you can order a pizza to take away.
There is one sandy beach next to the port and another one farther away, about 3.5 km; we drove to the second one. The apartment is spacious and very clean, with everything you need.
One downside is that on very hot days, a single air conditioner in the bedroom isn’t enough. Unfortunately, the living room was very warm even with fans. It’s an ideal apartment for two people; however, if a family comes and someone needs to sleep in the living room, the heat can be a significant issue.

It was a lovely, comfortable and spacious apartment with good cooking facilities, large fridge and a brilliant washing machine.
We enjoyed our evenings on the balcony looking at the sea and later the stars.
It was surprisingly and pleasantly quiet.
Being outside the centre of Antibes had advantages and disadvantages but we made good use of the buses - ten minutes to bus and train stations. A ten minute walk to the local shop and twenty to Fontonnes beach.
