Check in was seamless. The smart TV with internet is a great bonus - you can sign in with your own accounts to watch Netflix etc. The provision of proper milk instead of creamers for coffee & tea is nice. The apartment is very well equipped.
The sofa is dirty and in need of a deep clean (a typical surface clean is not enough). There are dark spots of filth on the carpet. Don't fault the cleaners - it is something a "normal" clean can't fix. A deep cleaning/spring cleaning is needed. The tap in the shower is broken though usable. The two single beds are mechanical spring based - very noisy and they do not provide good back support. The noise from the road may bother light sleepers. The sectional title scheme were the unit is located is in need of some TLC.
