Doskonale wyposażony obiekt (gotujemy sami i kuchnia z wyposażeniem spełniła nasze oczekiwania). Bardzo blisko morza, prosta droga na plażę i do portu, prosty dojazd do Darłowa, miejsce parkingowe, duży balkon z zestawem wypoczynkowym. Leżak, parawan, parasol na wypadek deszczu, na balkonie zestaw zabawek na plaże dla dzieci.
Słaby transfer danych - internet. Access point sieci lokalnej lepiej działa postawiony w sypialni na grzejniku przy oknie niż stojąc na półce w aneksie kuchennym, zdarzały się przerwy w dostępie. Korzystaliśmy zamiennie z 3 telefonów i laptopa. Naszym zdaniem dostęp do internetu lokalnej sieci to jedyny mankament tego obiektu, jesteśmy przyzwyczajeni do szybszej i bardziej stabilnej transmisji danych. Przed budynkiem problemu nie ma, można korzystać internetu mobilnego bez problemu. Nie było to dla nas jednak bardzo uciążliwe - większość czasu spędzaliśmy na plaży i wycieczkach.
