We liked the location, and the excellent art on the walls! It was very quiet at night. Decent shower head, which is always important.
The kitchen needs a little work: the burners on the hotplate/stovetop weren't working properly.
The bedroom section didn't receive the A/C as well as it could have (we were there when it was very hot outside!)
The bed was too hard for me, but others may find it perfect.

The location was good, seemed like a safe area and within walking distance of restaurants.
The bed and pillow are extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom sink sprays water on the floor.
