Spacious room . All facilities were good.
The staffs at reception are not customer friendly. Room floor sticky and dirty.

The location is great. The staff are quite responsive. After the staff had made up the room, it smelt of fresh laundry, which was commendable. But not the toilet ! The airconditioning was good.
I stayed here 2 years ago and it was very good. Now it seems like the standards have gone really down. The toilet stank of residual urine smell. I needs deep cleaning, I think. Despite mentioning this to the staff, the smell was still there. Basic cleaning wasn't sufficient. The corridors had bad smell too. The view from the window wasn't a pleasant sight.
