Cosy 2-Bedroom Seaside Unit Steps from Beach

Can’t beat the location. We parked the car and didn’t get in it again until we checked out. Super close to Cotton Tree beach, just a couple of minutes walk to the sand.

Garage is a single, which is fine, if not a little tight for a full sized family car. Very difficult to get the car in as there are 2 rows of garages facing each other, again for a full sized family car family car, a small car would be much easier. This wouldn’t stop me from booking again but may be a challenge for some guests. Also I’m not sure if the listing mentions it is on the third level, 2 flights of stairs, which was no problem for us but may be an important factor for some guests.

Great location. Quick walk to the beach and great a great little coffee shop. It was tidy and comfortable

Had a delayed check in due to room not being ready. Couldn’t check in till 6pm but the madecomfy team were great with communication. The late check in wasn’t their fault but the previous guests. Customer service was great

No built in aircon in home. Portable aircon units in bedrooms only. Be mindful of 2 sets stairs to enter front door, and very tight garage space for parking. We just parked on the street.

Location good. It was wrong NOT to be told of the 30 stairs to access the property. You have a duty of care. We were aged 76 & 78, with one of us dealing with Parkinsons Disease. This is not uncommon for current population. We should have known about stairs BEFORE we paid.

CLEALINESS. I have a photo of the disgusting state of the bed in 2nd bedroom. Bottom sheet very wrinkled and with obvious faeces on it. That was distressing.
