Reception, location and cleanliness
Bed .. I asked long before that I have bad knee so give me down bed . They gave me down No 1 but it was like going into small hole . Both side walls . No 2 was good open one side ..

The place is very clean and the private rooms are spacious. The restaurant, although the service is a bit strange, has good food at a reasonable price. It was nice having a gym, as it was needed after a long day of travel to stretch. The location is good, a calm area and very close to the metro which is convenient.
They really need sound insulation in the rooms. Even with earplugs the sound of slamming doors and noisy teenagers is audible throughout the night. Since the location is out of the centre with not many bars, people drink in their rooms causing a lot of noise and disturbance constantly. More rules could help avoid this situation, as just because it is a hostel doesn’t mean you have to accept bad sleep. Especially if you pay a little more for a private room, which is a comparable price to hotels. I would not stay again or recommend it to anyone for this reason. In the shared rooms my friends had it even worse.
The kitchens are also badly stocked, not much utensils. Furthermore, the “twin room” has 2 twin beds next to each other without the possibility to move. This is not ideal if you are sharing with a friend, as it’s basically the same as a double bed so it could be a bit awkward.
