The apartment needs a few things fixing. Two overhead showers didn't work properly. some sockets were loose. The main bedroom door is very loose on it's hinges. One of the sinks in the kitchen could not be used as it leaked into the cupboard below and onto the floor. The apartment could generally do with a coat of paint.
