Polixeni's House

The house and the amenities were perfect. Every detail in the house was thoughtfully taken care of, and all the things you would normally have to buy yourself in most houses, Polixeni had already provided for you. I’ve stayed in countless houses across Europe, and this was by far the cleanest one I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were huge, and the garden was wonderful. Polixeni is an amazing person—she even brought us homemade desserts and pastries. We loved Polixeni like a mother. Words are not enough to describe either the house or her. Together with our group of friends, we made wonderful memories.

Exceptional location and super friend people!

Brilliant location, a minute from the beach. Polexini is a truly wonderful host. The house is beautiful. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. We really appreciated the well stocked fridge and the home baked treats (the onion pies were truly amazing)!

We were warmly welcomed by Polixeni and her daughter in law Aline.The house is absolutely beautiful. 3 spacious bedrooms, a separate lounge and dining area and a well equipped kitchen. The house was spotlessly clean and finished to a high standard. There are 3 outside seating areas on the ground floor to enable you to enjoy the sun or the shade, whichever you prefer. The bedrooms also have small balconies. There is a pretty garden to the front of the house and it’s all located less than 5 minutes from the beach and a number of lovely tavernas. Polixeni is a lovely and generous host. She baked us some beautiful cheese pasties, a courgette quiche and lemon cake for our arrival and the fridge was stocked with lots of useful provisions. She brought us other fresh products during our stay and gave us some homemade chocolate marble cake the day we left. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here again next time we visit Leros.

There was nothing that we didn’t like. We just wished we had booked to stay here longer.
