I like the proximity of establishments around the place. I like the speed of internet in the room, also the mobile data network availability compared to other condo units in the city. I like the sari sari store inside the room.

I don't like the blanket as it was left only the blanket case when I checked in, no comforter/thick blanket inside the case so i was left to use the thin blanket case as my blanket through the night. Also towels were old and already have torn parts, needing replacement. The toilet sink drain is not clogged but water drains very slow, same as kitchen sink drain. Ceiling also needs cleaning (and repainting) due to presence of molds and dirt. Kitchen towel is so small and torn as well due to age perhaps. The wall clock is not operational. The window curtains were not black-out curtains so you get awaken by sunlight early. WiFi information sticked on the router is not up to date and confused me upon check in. Host's responsiveness to queries and follow ups needs improvement as well.
