Die Wohnung war zweckmässig eingerichtet, was es braucht. Die Kücheneinrichtung entspricht den Minimalanforderungen. Wir haben dort nicht gekocht, daher hat uns das nicht gestört. Allgemeiner Zustand der Einrichtung und der Sanitäreinrichtungen war gut bis sehr gut.

Die Esszimmerstühle sind recht durchgesessen und der Türcode an der Eingangstüre ist ziemlich fummelig bzw. musste man den mehrfach eingeben, weil er beim ersten Mal nicht ging. Wir waren im Hochsommer dort, die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss, entsprechend war es --- warm genug. Eine Klimaanlage wäre sicher eine gute Investition, Strom ist ja von der Solaranlage genügend vorhanden ;-). Es war aber auch keine Klimaanlage erwähnt, daher eher eine gut gemeinte Anmerkung an den Vermieter.

Tolle Ausstattung. Viel Platz. Alles neu. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.

Amazing clean, modern, everything you could need in terms of space, devices, comfort. Especial mention the bathroom, big, super comfortable. The following will depends of what you want: technically, we wouldn't need to have contact with the owner at all, since the door has a passcode lock that is provided by SMS to us via booking.com message days before the trip. For the apartment, the key was in the door( (1st floor upstairs). Parking at the entrance inside the property and I saw a EV charger, so I guess you can ask for it when you do the booking and arrange something there.There is internet, towels,etc, all you need in the kitchen,etc. just bring your food. Personally, I like to meet the owners, here I did and was friendly. No problems. By car, fast charging stations, supermarket and restaurant 5-8 min away. I didn't see public transport close. In the house you can fit a big family with no problems.

I small detail, the towels after firs use smell a bit to humidity, that's normal in norther Germany but I do not like it. My experience is that using cheap vinegar befor washing it solves the problem.
