"I enjoyed this place particularly the neighborhood. Beautiful houses, parks and the perfect balance between being close to downtown MTL and its amenities but far enough to not be in a large and busy ..."

Property was very lovely and clean. Love the details about everything in home.
Everything was great but there was no air circulation as of the location is in house basement. Bathroom humidity made the place humid. Just wish for some ventilation or something like an exhaust fan that can throw out all humidity and brings fresh air in the place.
