Bien ubicado, buena atención y departamento amplio, con cocina, baño cómodo. Buen internet.
Creo que faltan algunas cosas, fácilmente solucionarble, voy con algunos ejemplos: ganchos para colgar toallas, una mesita/ silla grande a pie de cama para valija (ya que el placard está muy lejos y es un tanto incómodo), alguna mesita de luz, tener equipo de mate en el Depto, alguna espátula para revolver/cocinar, mantita por la temperatura. No son graves ni difíciles/ caras de solucionar y realmente mejorarían la experiencia (que ya está ok, pero podría ser óptima, me explico?)

El departamento es muy moderno y seguro. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para una corta estadía y su ubicación es privilegiada. Desde allí nos manejamos a pie por el centro de Rosario.
No me gustó que en la publicación no se dijera que el estacionamiento tenía un costo adicional.

La ubicación
Había alquilado un departamento y x error del propietario nos mudaron a otro. Tenía enchufes de la mesita de luz rotos y salidos Los bárrales de los toallones del baño rotos Y el desayuno incluido en realidad eran un sobre de café, uno de té y uno de mate cocido (con 1 sobre de edulcorante) y un paquete de obleas 😖
