Geen receptie en geen juiste aankomst informatie. Geen enkele service tijdens verblijf, zelfs geen vervanging beddengoed en handdoeken. Wellness alleen door dag te voren te reserveren. Pannenset mismatch met niet passende deksels. Veel verkeerslawaai.

Schöne Aussicht, ruhige Wohnung. Ausstattung komplett.

Fernseher im Schlafzimmer funktioniert nur mit Schlüsselkarte (Annahme). Dampfabzugshaube und Geschirr z.T schmutzig. Defekte Duschbrausenhalterung. Falscher PIN Code zur Schlüsselentnahme. Wurde jedoch schnell gelöst. Kein Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse.

Our stay at the Ambassador Residence in Leukerbad was truly excellent. Although we experienced a few minor issues upon arrival, I must highlight the exceptional professionalism, commitment, and genuine willingness of the management team to resolve the situation quickly and effectively. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was remarkable and transformed a small inconvenience into a very positive experience. The commercial gesture offered by the management was greatly appreciated, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude for their kindness and understanding. The apartment itself is spacious, bright, beautifully maintained, and extremely well equipped. The panoramic view over the valley is simply breathtaking. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the beds provided outstanding comfort, ensuring restful nights throughout our stay. The residence is ideally located, just a short walk from both the thermal baths and the charming village center, making it a perfect base for exploring Leukerbad. What impressed us most was not only the quality of the accommodation but also the way the management genuinely cares about its guests. We would gladly return and highly recommend this residence to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional customer service.
