Aangenaam appartement op een leuke locatie

L’appartamento è spazioso e arredato con grande gusto, esattamente come mostrato nelle fotografie. Esteticamente, nulla da dire: l’ambiente è curato e piacevole.
Purtroppo, a livello pratico, emergono diverse criticità importanti. L’intero appartamento è estremamente buio: si trova in un vicolo stretto dove non arriva luce diretta e non esistono vere finestre. Le vetrate specchianti dell’ingresso non aiutano, anzi: oltre a schermare ulteriormente la poca luce, la sera diventano semi-trasparenti, compromettendo la privacy. Il bagno si trova al piano interrato, accessibile solo scendendo 14 scalini dalla cucina. Lo spazio è angusto e suddiviso in due piccoli locali separati (uno con wc e bidet, l’altro con lavandino e doccia), accanto a una lavatrice. Una soluzione decisamente scomoda. Un ulteriore problema è la vicinanza a un bar: musica e schiamazzi fino a tardi possono rendere difficile il riposo, specialmente nei fine settimana. Infine, la gestione dell’appartamento lascia a desiderare. Dopo una comunicazione inizialmente tempestiva, abbiamo segnalato due problemi gravi (acqua della doccia che cambiava improvvisamente temperatura e ventole dei bagni non funzionanti). Ci è stato promesso l’intervento di un tecnico, ma da quel momento nessuna risposta, nonostante i ripetuti solleciti. Ci auguriamo che queste criticità vengano risolte: la struttura ha potenziale, ma allo stato attuale non garantisce il comfort che ci si aspetterebbe.

Location moderna nel centro del paese.
La location è molto bella e moderna ed è praticamente a pochi passi dal centro del paese. Ottima l’accoglienza della responsabile. Garage spazioso nei pressi di una palazzina a poche centinaia di metri.
Non la trovo adatta per un bambino piccolo essendoci molte scale ed angoli. Ideale per una coppia o per una famiglia con figli grandi. Nel fine settimana è molto rumorosa vista la presenza di un locale che fa musica fino a tarda notte.
