The owner was easy to communicate with. It was a great setting, quiet and fantastic layout
Some of the general use facilities were usable but run down. Eg the pool decking, bbqs and games/gym areas

The apartment was nicely renovated and had luxury inclusions.

It was comfortable, amazing shower - hot and strong, great sized tv, comfortable beds, quiet, not too far from main shops, parking right outside unit, well appointed. Only stayed one night so didn't use pool.
No blind on the glass doors and windows into the living area so potentially no privacy. Five stairs onto landing but good rails.
