135 Júpiter Apartamentos Estudio - Piscina - Playa a 600 metros

Buena ubicación, bien equipado, agradable estancia en general. No encontré ningún bicho ni insectos dentro ni fuera en los pasillos cosa q me preocupaba al ser verano.

Paredes finas y se escuchan los vecinos de vez en cuando pero nada fuera de lo normal en una comunidad. Vi muchos comentarios sobre las camas, en mi opinión estaban aceptables, una mejor que la otra, no afectó a mi descanso. Si he he en falta algunos productos básicos (aceite,gel de ducha…) pero en general bastante bien.

Apartamento perfectamente funcional, muy bien situado, limpio y con terraza. Cerca de la playa y también del centro, y con muchas tiendas y supermercados alrededor. Tiene también una piscina comunitaria muy disfrutable, y con una zona verde amplia. Ideal para repetir en Benalmádena.

Los colchones necesitan de una renovación, pero sobre todo las bases tapizadas, estas últimas con urgencia.

Nice and big room, with well equipped kitchen. Pool was amazing (although the slides were out of order).

Air conditioning is connected through a timer, and can only run maximally two hours before you have to push the button again. That is very annoying, we were there in July, with 30-35 degrees outside. So if you go out all day, the room is hot when you return. I woke up very early every morning because of the heat, had to get out of bed and push the button to get a couple of hours more sleep. I contacted the host about this, he said it's to save energy. Understandable of course, but without this annoying timer the apartment would easily get a 10 from me. Also I don't think it saves THAT much energy, since, as a countermeasure, we ran the AC at 16 degrees most of the time, so that at least the room would be as cold as possible whenever we went out or went to sleep. If it did not have that stupid timer, we would just run it at 20-21 degrees continuously instead.

The location is perfect and the pool is lovely.

The fact there was no cold water in the bathroom. I contacted the owner which I believe is a team. I was told that the water was on a heater. So the 1st night no hot water. I contacted the owner and was told it takes 30 mins to heat up. Next morning we had hot water but there was no cold water in the shower and tap for the basin. I sent lots of emails. Response was mainly in Spainish. I was told to call a number where there would be an English translation. I called 6 times in the 4 nights we were there. Always in Spainish which I don’t speak. I kept email and was eventually told that I must have turned the cold water off!!!!! We hadn’t touch the tap high above the shower. I explained this and we tried. The tap was solid and wouldn’t move. On the last day I got an email saying I hope you had a lively stay just like being at home. This made me laugh. So no cold water and terrible communications. The studio is very tried but location perfect.
