This is a magical place that I highly highly recommend

It starts with the graciousness and good cheer of Cristiana and Patrizio who own and manage the Agriturismo.. They are incredibly warm and welcoming so you feel at home immediately, as if you are family. This is their first year running their business and they’ve really gotten it right. We booked for two nights and ended up staying for four. We liked it so much. The rooms, including bathrooms are impeccably clean, and beds extremely comfortable. Rates include a lovely breakfast with multiple offerings. A multiple course dinner is available at extra cost, and I would highly recommend you choose this option. The courses are interesting, varied night to night , and most importantly, delicious . The location makes visiting wonderful hill towns easy. Barga is nearby and a must visit. Ask Cristiana about Barga and its Scottish connection . Luca is a very doable day trip. The pool looks lovely but weather was too cool to try it in late September. You can access hikes directly from here through wonderful forested land or drive a ways to get to some exquisite mountain scapes. Views of the Apuan Alps from here are terrific. There are no other structures anywhere close so you feel isolated in a beautiful mountain retreat. I would love to return to this very special place and spend time with Cristiana and Patrizio again. They are the best.

Super nice stay!

The personal attention was great. The location on a mountain top is unforgettable. The homemade food was absolutely delicious. It's nearby great hiking trails. We had a splendid time as a family of four. The owners are super nice, always ready to help. The rooms are comfy. Such a nice personal experience compared to the big chain hotels.

Relax totale

Cristiana e Patrizio sono stati gentilissimi. Hanno reso il nostro soggiorno molto piacevole. La posizione é un po’ isolata ma lo sapevamo ed è quello che volevamo. Colazione ricca e di alta qualità. I piatti cucinati per pranzo e cena da Cristiana sono buonissimi. Ci torneremo sicuramente in estate!

Immerso nella natura e nella calma più totale, a una ventina di minuti da Barga, vista stupenda sulle Apuane e la valle del Serchio. Ottima cena con prodotti di stagione (con anche alternative vegetariane su richiesta), colazione a buffet ricchissima e molto buona. Camere accoglienti, pulite e dotate del necessario. Gestori simpatici e accoglienti. Perfetto per cui vuole ritagliarsi un weekend di pace e distacco dalla frenesia.

Abbiamo apprezzato l’accoglienza gentile e amichevole dei proprietari, la tranquillità, la location l, i panorami meravigliosi e la disponibilità verso gli amici quattro zampe! Consiglio per vacanza in totale relax, per gli amanti delle passeggiate nel bosco e per visitare i meravigliosi borghi intorno!

Tutto perfetto. Unico appunto ( se lo vogliamo chiamare così) la piscina che si vede nella foto non è quella che è presente nella realtà ( anche se quest’ultima è comunque molto bella).

Tutto perfetto!

Agriturismo trovato per caso che si è rivelato un'ottima scoperta! I proprietari sono due persone davvero disponibili e gentili che ti fanno sentire come a casa. La struttura, appena rinnovata e immersa nel verde della Garfagnana, è perfetta per un weekend di pace e relax. Piscina splendida e atmosfera ospitale, dove poter trascorrere del tempo circondati dal silenzio della natura. L'agriturismo si trova a 1000 metri e per questo potrebbe essere un po' difficoltoso raggiungerlo ma una volta arrivati in cima, la vista e la quiete che si respira ripagheranno tutta la fatica. Possibilità di mangiare in loco, ottima cucina locale e casereccia, con prodotti freschi, tutto preparato da loro. È possibile ordinare anche l'aperitivo che ci è stato gentilmente servito in piscina. Sicuramente consigliato questo posto da favola!!
