La propreté. L'appartement est grand et propre. Idéal pour un séjour en famille.
L'emplacement est idéal pour graviter autour de Santander.
L'hôte était très aimable et prévenant. Du lait, de l'eau et du chocolat en pourdre pour les enfants ( qui ont beaucoup apprécié et tenaient à remercier le monsieur !).
Il y a un parc pour les enfants et un city stade. Le supermarché est en face de la résidence. La station service à proximité et surtout une place de parking en souterrain.
Très contente de notre voyage!

Muy bien situado, cerca de Santander y de Cabárceno.
Muy silencioso.
Que tenga garaje es un plus.
Se agradece el detalle de dejar una botella de leche y otra de agua y café.
La cama grande está hundida en el centro.
Se habría agradecido que la casa hubiera estado caliente cuando llegamos.
La vajilla y la cubertería parecía no estar fregada, tuvimos que fregar todo antes de usarlo.
La mampara de la ducha no tiene la goma de abajo y se sale todo el agua.
