Muy cómodo el departamento, lo entregaron limpio y los colchones eran cómodos. La calefacción para la época fue espectacular y fácil de entender

La amplitud del departamento y la ubicación.
El agua caliente por momentos se tornaba fria, el flujo era algo variable.

La ubicación es excelente, podes salir al centro caminando y tenés todo cerca.
La falta de aire acondicionado, si bien cuenta con un ventilador potente, el calor se siente igual. Las sillas son muy incómodas pero el sillón lo compensa

Lo que más me gustó es la limpieza y la ubicación.
El baño no tiene buena ventilación. Les aconsejo agregar aire acondicionado y otro ventilador.
