It’s so easily accessible, super nice inside and at such a good price. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

The owner was super friendly and always answered really fast. The accommodation itself is quite big, so there's a lot of space to accommodate multiple people. Plenty convenience stores close to the accommodation. Closest subway station is Kacchisan Station (Line 2 and 5) which makes travel to Gimpo Airport very easy and the area around the station is very lively with a lot of restaurant options.

- I was extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of this place; there's a lot of mold everywhere; all over in the bathroom, on the vinyl flooring, inside the air conditioner as well as inside the laundry machine - The toilet is situated so close to the wall that I, with my very short legs, had to use it sideways to not touch the (moldy) wall with my knees - They don't allow you to use the more modern/new laundry machine but the one you're supposed to use has mold in it - The first morning I encountered cockroach looking beetle in the bathroom, which wasn’t too pleasant - There's no blinds and the lights are very bright, making the space feel very vulnerable and unsafe, and like someone could look or come inside whenever they'd want to as the accommodation is on the ground floor (the curtains inside the bedroom are way to see through to do anything) - Speaking of unsafe: the entrance outside is sososo dark, I'm talking pitch black. Please invest in a porch light or something!! It was terrifying to come back to, especially because you have to walk in between cars and behind the main building to get there - I didn’t have a problem with it but the street to get here is extremely steep and it can be even more difficult if you have heavy luggage or have mobility issues All in all you can really tell that this is a renovated laundry/basement shed that is now used to rent out to tourists. Technically it wouldn’t be a bad thing but some issues really need to get addressed, especially the mold and porch light :') I would give this place another chance if these problems were fixed but this time I was just very glad to be leaving again.
