The Villa absolutely blew us away. It’s modern and clean and the pool area was amazing. The beds were super comfy and very spacious. The bedrooms were all spacious and clean. The kitchen was big and plenty of pots and pans. The views were unbelievable from the swimming pool and balcony terrace. Bathrooms nice and tidy. Air con was perfect!
Access/instructions getting into the villa was easy and straightforward.
Was about half an hour walk into Menaggio and the closest supermarket , but wasn’t too bad because the views are lovely.
The upstairs bathroom with the Juliette balcony bedroom did have lots of mosquitoes in the shower.
The balcony sliding door to the pool entrance did not lock.
Taxis are really expensive on lake Como to be precise warned

Perfect for our group of 10 with 5 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. There's a spacious garage (which we didn't use since we didn't have a car). Manager was very responsive to any questions or concerns.
One bedroom was underneath the pool and the person staying there had a loud noise from the pool pump in their room.
We didn't have a car, so it was slightly inconvenient being a 35 minute walk from town. But we knew that going in, so not unexpected.
