Ilmainen pysäköinti. Ilmastointi. Rauhallinen asunto. Liikenteen melu ei kuulu, vaikka vilkas tie vieressä. Vieressä kaksi ruokakauppaa ja kahvila. Juna-asema saavutettavissa kävellen. Siisti asunto.
Ei oikeita sänkyjä. Toinen on sohva. Toinen sänky on jenkkisängyn alaosa, josta puuttui päällimmäinen patja ja petari. Ei pimennysverhoja ikkunoissa. Asunto ei ollut kattavasti varusteltu: oli sokeria, mutta ei suolaa. Oli pyykinpesukone, mutta ei telinettä missä kuivattaa pyykkiä. Vettä tuli hanasta vaihtelevasti.
